I love when my students come to work! We were using a conditioning technique for turns and they wanted to level up another skill by doing heel stretches on blocks. Strengthening our core and leg muscles every class, which in turn strengthens our balance. Get it girls! 💪💪💪

PLEASE SHARE! We're planning something FUN! Not only do we have our movie night coming up, but we're planning our 1st Annual Fall Fest 2026 Fundraiser!!! Help us find our vendors or be one! Have an idea for games? Volunteer and have a blast! We are looking for all vendors, food trucks, bakers, squishy dealers and more! Know someone who would like to donate a fun service for a tax write off? Ex. Family friendly band or DJ, dunk tank, face painter, donate pumpkins and paint! NEW SKILL ALERT!! Lol she was so excited I forgot to take her pic before she ran out after class! SUPER PROUD of this young lady. She was extremely terrified to go backwards on the cylinder mat to try the motions for a walkover today for the first time ever. After some encouragement from myself and her classmates cheering her on she went for it and did SO AWESOME! Keep trying those hard things kiddo!! We'll be right here to support you. 🎉🎉🎉

I absolutely love this. ❤️ This is what I encourage every dancer to learn. There is no reason to tear ourselves OR others down. Or to be intimidated by each other's skill level. We are all on different levels and that's OK! Make what whatever level you are on YOURS. Because that's what makes it beautiful and the growth is never ending. ✨️
