NSB Mustang & Bronco Evaluation Location Change Due to Impending Weather!
This weekend we’re thankful to have an indoor facility!
The weather forecast doesn’t look good so we’re moving the player evaluations to the NSB batting cages

North Seattle Batting Cages
2550 27th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98125.

Saturday times are 1 hour later than the original schedule.

Sunday times are the same.

There is some parking in front of the facility and some street parking. The street will be busy between sessions so please drive carefully in the rain and respect our neighbors’ parking signs.

Reminder: All players in Mustang (9 and 10 year olds) and Bronco (11 and 12 year olds) are asked to attend and will be assigned to a team after the evaluations (no cuts, all players are assigned a team). We hold the evaluations so coaches can form balanced teams.

Please arrive at the facility with your glove, bat, and helmet by the registration time listed. We will have equipment to loan if needed.

You will still be assigned to a team if you are not able to attend any of the sessions.

And don’t forget to register at https://www.playnsb.org/ !

Drop Off—Parents should drop off their player at the cages 5 minutes before the assigned time and meet on the outside porch. When we are ready for the next group, all of the players will be escorted inside the cages.

Evaluations—Players will have the opportunity to throw, field and hit.

Pick-up—Parents should wait around for kids in their cars. When players have completed the evaluation, they will be escorted outside to the porch to be picked up.

Parents—Parents will not be allowed into the cages as there is limited space with all our coaches and players.

What to bring—bats, helmet, glove and athletic shoes—no cleats. If players need equipment, it will be provided.

Parking—Parking can be limited with large groups coming and going at the same time. Please avoid parking in the Slate parking lot to the North of our cages.

It’s winter in Seattle which means the weather is completely unpredictable! Our plan is to keep the Mustang & Bronco evaluations at their respective outdoor locations listed below, but with the constantly changing forecast, we never know what’s going to come our way!

Please keep an eye out in your inbox, NSB Social Media, & playnsb.org for the latest information! We will be posting an update Friday evening to make a final decision.

In case the weather looks poor, we will move the evaluations to our North Seattle Baseball indoor batting cages.
Please keep an eye on your inbox on for the final decision on Friday 2/6!
