Finished league yesterday with a Royal Flush! Never give up ♾️
My name is Christian and I’m an amateur disc golfer in the Seattle area.
I want to use this page to share some of what I’ve learned about the game as well as my process and progress in competitive play.

Might have to make the trek for some practice beforehand.

League today was a tale of two halves. After what was looking like a good round, I took 3 OB strokes and a 3 putt over 5 holes. This one definitely got away from me, so now I’m trying to decide what to take away from the experience. I’ve always been hard on myself for mistakes made and I think that’s a good place to start. Congrats to Tyler Picard for his (maybe $1000) ace today. Glad someone finally got it!
Practicing my step putt from tricky angles. 3/5 on the first take ain’t bad! See y’all in North Bend tomorrow for RPM Ninja League!

There are so many reasons I love playing and competing at this course. I am slowly learning how to be comfortable there but I have a ways to go. I’m taking the next couple months off from competition to develop and fine tune certain aspects of my game and catch up on unfinished projects at home. I’ll be back at the ‘Tac for the Open in July because why not play 54 holes of competitive golf in one day? Thanks to Chuck Mintz for putting on so many great tournaments this season!

First time at Riverside was a blast! Lost one of my main throwers to the Puyallup, but all in all a great day. Will definitely be back soon

The hype is justified! Thanks Keith for having me! Also thanks to Alex and Anthony for showing me around!

That was one of the most fun days of disc golf I’ve ever played. Shout out to some great cardmates for keeping it classy out there. Got to see Antonio’s ace and almost got one of my own. Jules had a 120 foot throw in that was a thing of beauty, even if it was for bogey. I swear, I will never underestimate the talent we have around here. Had to work hard to keep the heart rate down with all those buckets.

First time throwing at Fort Steillacoom yesterday. Big thank you to the locals who showed me around and played all three courses with me. The disc golf community in the PNW has been the most welcoming group of people I’ve ever been a part of and I’m really grateful for that. Cheers!
