Half marathon crew, tomorrow’s the day! 💪

Today is about setting yourself up to feel good: hydrate, fuel up, keep movement easy, get some rest, and pack what you’ll need for the morning.

You’ve done the training. Tomorrow, settle into your pace, trust the work you’ve put in, and take it one stroke at a time.

See you tomorrow! 💙

Rowing is one of those rare workouts that brings the intensity without all the impact. Full-body strength, cardio, endurance, and a crew that will cheer you on along the way.

Row West is here to build stronger bodies, support individual goals, and create a community where everyone belongs. Train hard while being kind to your body. You can do both!

One more week. Let’s finish strong! 🔥

We've been rowing for a while... but we haven't cut the ribbon yet! ✂️

Join us this Saturday at 10:20 AM as we make it official with a Row West Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. We will be celebrating between classes with our members, neighbors, friends, and the West Seattle community.

All are welcome. We'd love to see you there!
