Happy Tuesday, my friends! It’s day 2 of the Strong Core Yoga Challenge! Are you ready for some 🔥? Yesterday we worked on connection and stabilization, today we play with boat pose and begin to tap into those deeeeep abdominal muscles. It’s only 5 minutes, but I promise, you will feel the burn!
