A Bit About the Workshop
In this workshop Laura Peterson, Level 4 Franklin Method® Educator and Stacy Brenner, integrative STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, will lead you on a 2-hour Pilates based movement and anatomy journey incorporating the Franklin Method®.
Combining Pilates exercises with the Franklin Method®, we will focus on the practical application of imagery techniques to increase the power, alignment and flexibility of the shoulder girdle joints and muscles.
Exercises will be Matwork based, but will incorporate use of a resistance band for added feedback, support, and loading of the muscles.

Combining common Mat Pilates exercises with the Franklin Method, we will focus on the practical application of imagery techniques to increase the power, alignment and flexibility of the pelvic joints and muscles.

Seed is holding a fundraiser class in support of on Saturday, February 24 at 8:30 am PST. This livestream class is scalable for all levels and abilities. No props necessary. Camera use is optional. Registration link in bio.
Class Description: Through attention to breath, we explore the potential of our body while moving the spine and other joints in a variety of ways. Utilizing Matwork exercises, this class focuses on strengthening the core-the primary muscles that control our trunk. While incorporating detailed and precise movement patterning along side flowing sequences, we build strength, control, mobility and better movement patterns for the whole body, allowing for more stability of the joints and better ease while moving through daily life activities
