At 74 acres, with four miles of shoreline, The Union Bay Natural Area is an important habitat next to Lake Washington. It’s even considered one of the best bird-watching sites in Seattle (over 200 species of birds have been sighted here!), so come enjoy the beauty on the water by renting a or at the Waterfront Activities Center!

Get your workout in early this week! The IMA, Golf Range, and WAC will be closed for the home football game Saturday, Sept. 25.

Plan ahead! Because the Montlake Bridge will be closed, you may need to take a different route to the IMA, Waterfront Activities Center, and Golf Range starting Monday, Aug. 9. 🚧The bridge will be closed through September 3 to general vehicle traffic and then an additional five weekends of closure to all traffic (vehicle, bike, pedestrian) in the fall.
