Pilates Studio in Hillman City, Seattle! Offering small group reformer classes and private sessions. Gin is a certified Stott Pilates instructor.
She discovered Pilates in 2006 and never looked back. She found that Pilates changed her posture, strength, and awareness so she decided to pursue her passion, completing Stott instructor training for all equipment in 2017. Gin is also trained to teach TRX and has taught martial arts and self defense classes as a 3rd degree black belt in Kajukenbo. In 2022 she completed training to be come a Fascial Movement Instructor. #lifelongstudent

Leg Strength! Important for balance, reduced joint pain - it’s even been linked to better brain health. I always try to include some body weight leg exercises in addition to footwork. Strong legs are also important from a martial arts & Taichi perspective. with a beautiful squat!
This is way more challenging than it looks! Eggroll emotionally supporting with her bird dog flow.

Reformer class for pilates instructors Feb 13 @ 4:30p! Stott Pilates Instructor Trainer Michelle Gantz will be teaching a quarterly-ish group reformer class for instructors. Our newest instructor! Stephanie is taking privates and duets. She is awesome and we’re so excited for her to join the crew. Her bio:
With a passion for movement and wellness, Stephanie has been a certified Stott Pilates instructor since 2011.
Enjoying the practice of lifting weights, Stephanie understands the importance of balancing strength with stability. She believes that while larger muscles often dominate during weightlifting, it’s the smaller, deeper muscles used during Pilates that are essential for overall strength and injury prevention. Through her Pilates practice & teaching, she aims to help clients cultivate this balance, enhancing their performance in the gym, and in life, while fostering a strong mind-body connection.
Stephanie is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where clients can build awareness of their bodies and achieve their fitness goals. Join her in discovering how Pilates can complement any athletic pursuit, activity, strength training and promote a holistic approach.
