Want to thank everyone who turned out on July 26th for Harold's retirement party. Harold's Fitness is now officially closed. Thank you to all the past members for helping make it one of the friendliest gyms in Seattle. Lifetime friendships were made amongst the barbells.

Important news - Harold's Fitness will be closing July 31st. After 65 years in business, running and owning health clubs in Seattle, Harold is retiring.

The gym is back to operating normal hours. 9am - 8pm M-F and 9am - 1pm Sat.

Due to circumstances out of our control, the gym will be operated under reduced hours until further notice. On all days (M-Sat), the gym will open at 10:30am. On MWF (women's days), it will also open at 6:30pm. On TuTh (men's days), it will also open at 3pm. For all times open, the gym will close until the next opening, after the last person leaves.
