Finding joy each day is easier then I originally thought. Some days I find it at the roller rink with my babes or singing (bad) karaoke…and…some days I find it in a Irish proverb that speaks directly to my soul that I run down to get it tattooed. (Thx )

The point is that we are only promised today. This moment. This one life.

We must continue to find the joy in the smallest of moments- during the saddest of times- and believe in ~Tada Gan Iarracht~ Nothing IS-without Effort. 🤍 Put effort into finding your joy✌🏼

Dear Summer, Please don’t go!

Summer vibes are my absolute favorite vibes. 🤍

From “Just an idea” that started during the pandemic, has turned into the most beautiful and most fulfilling career of my life✨

Taking the leap, having faith and believing that I could create a community school and gathering place for students and their families was huge for me. I’m not a big risk taker, I had never been an entrepreneur before, plus I had plenty of nay sayers trying to keep my feet firmly planted in the ground.

But this idea, this vision that I could create something beautiful for others in my community continued to press me.

This idea or dream-had been on my heart for years and eventually the path was cleared and the moment was right…I knew it was time to jump. Praying that I wouldn’t fall flat but perhaps just land gently… I never could have imagined that I was actually going to soar.

My faith has never been so strong. My vision and my purpose has never been so clear.
There is so much beauty, energy and freedom in believing in one self.

Ballard Yoga Collective and BYC Kids is continuing to grow and evolve and I am
Beyond grateful for the children and the families that continue to put their faith in me along the way.

My students, “my kiddos”, bring me pure happiness and when I see these beautiful faces each morning I could just cry knowing that this community is pure love, friendship and built on faith- faith that we all found one another for a reason.

Together we are creating something amazing for our kids and my life’s work is continuing to unfold. ❤️
