On Monday, January 11, 2021, open gym use, adult lap swimming, and indoor personal training sessions will be available for members by appointment, in accordance with Phase 1 of the State’s “Healthy Washington” reopening plan. Group fitness classes are expected to resume on February 1, 2021.

The following guidelines will remain in effect until Phase 2 is approved for King County:

-- 45-minute open gym sessions (by appointment only).
-- 30-minute private swim lane sessions (by appointment only).
-- Face masks are required, at all times.
-- Social distancing is required, at all times.
-- Members are required to read, acknowledge, and complete a COVID-19 screening before each visit.

-- Failure to cancel a reservation within 4 hours of the session’s start time will result in the assessment of a $10 no-show fee.

To sign up, log on to https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/launch.
Search for Olympic Athletic Club in “Find your site” option.
Choose : Olympic Athletic Club,
Continue to site without logging in.
Use Lap Swim tab at the top of the screen to find the timeslot you want to sign up for.
After selecting a time, the program will prompt you to create a login.
You are purchasing credits to use that will only be debited from your account after your appointment has happened not as you reserve a spot. (There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, which means if you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment, your credit will be used).
Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking an appointment. If you cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, a credit will remain on your account for future appointments.
