In May 2026, I'll be teaching a 50-Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Dionne Durán — a true collaboration, where our teachings, experience, and perspectives come together in one shared space.

Restorative yoga is not about stretching.
Not about achieving.
Not about pushing.

It’s about opening.
About allowing.
About landing in deep rest.

It’s remembering that rest is not something you earn —
it’s something that is already part of you.

This training is a one-time, unique offering.
A collaboration that will not be repeated in this form — a rare opportunity to study with both of us, together, in person.

Over these weeks, we’ll explore:
– the nervous system & the relaxation response
– the subtle power of breath
– the intelligent use of props
– how to truly support different bodies
– and the art of guiding someone into rest

Not just in theory — but through direct experience.

You’ll receive.
You’ll give.
You’ll refine your voice, your presence, your way of teaching.

And somewhere along the way…
you might meet a quieter part of yourself too.

Last evening yoga session: incredible sunset ( ), the toucans came by to say goodbye while we were doing yoga, and we had a great farewell dinner. Beautiful yoga retreat coming to an end. I'll be back next year, offering another yoga retreat here!! Mark next year's date and let me know if you'd like to join me: February 6-13, 2027
