We are proud to introduce the Primary Tier: a long-term training pathway designed to guide dancers through the primary components of ballet with increasing depth, clarity, and responsibility.

🩰 Primary Foundation, ages 11+, strengthens the body’s fundamental abilities and introduces pointe work through careful attention to alignment, strength, and safety.
🩰 Primary Essentials, ages 13+, builds skill and confidence across the major vocabulary of ballet while carrying greater technical clarity onto pointe.
🩰 Primary Advanced, ages 15+, brings greater physical, technical, and artistic demands as dancers prepare for Adagio and pre-professional training.

We are thrilled to launch our Young Dancers Programs, including two new tiers of training: Preliminary and Elementary.

✨ Preliminary introduces ages 5–6 to the fundamental elements of dance through joyful, imaginative, and carefully structured movement.
✨ Elementary guides ages 7–8 into a more formal introduction to classical ballet, coordination, and codified technique.
✨ Preparatory supports dancers approximately ages 9–10 as they enter more committed training and begin building the foundation for future pointe work.

Our 2026 Spring Showcase, Aurora’s Wedding, was a beautiful culmination of the season — from the quiet moments of getting ready backstage to the joy of stepping fully into the world of The Sleeping Beauty on stage.

Behind every performance are the details our students learn to carry with care: preparation, focus, teamwork, patience, responsibility, and trust. From costumes and warmups to entrances, featured roles, ensemble scenes, and final bows, each part of the process helped bring this fairy-tale world to life.

We are so proud of the artistry, dedication, and growth our dancers brought to this performance, and deeply grateful to every family, faculty member, guest artist, volunteer, and supporter who helped make this season possible.

A season finale to remember — and one more meaningful moment in the story of Adage Ballet Academy.

We are so proud to celebrate Liam, who has been accepted into the prestigious San Francisco Ballet School for the upcoming season.

Liam has trained with us at Adage Ballet Academy for the past three years, and it has been a joy to watch him continue to blossom as a dancer and young artist. He is a dedicated and elegant dancer, with a natural presence in the studio and on stage.

Over the years, Liam has shown particular promise in partnering for his young age, and we are excited for him to enter a dedicated men’s training program where he can continue to nurture those important skills and take the next step in his ballet education.

Congratulations, Liam, on this next big adventure. We cannot wait to see what comes next for you, and we will always be cheering you on from the sidelines.
