At Cap Hill Fitness, community is everything. Today, we pause to honor Indigenous Peoples’ Day. As a member of the Upper Skagit Tribe, with Oneida and Cherokee ancestry, I’m proud to celebrate the Native communities who continue to inspire strength, resilience, and balance. We move forward with gratitude and love for my Coast Salish ancestors and all Indigenous first nations who continue to protect and shape this land. For all of our native members past and present I say to you:

This year, we are proud to be partnering with GenPride to support our LGBTQIA2S+ seniors, the true pioneers of our Capitol Hill community.

With recent federal funding cuts, many in our community have been deeply impacted, including our q***r elders who have paved the way for the freedoms that younger generations celebrate today. Rather than stay silent, we’re doing our best to raise funds! Also, we will be matching donations up to $10,000.
