Happy Mothers Day everyone! I am so grateful to share work and play with my mom. All of my life she has insisted on independent thinking and pursuing personal growth as a lifestyle.
When we work together I hear her teaching her clients the same qualities in how to listen to their bodies and seek self-awareness in what they are doing.
Thank you mom for planting the seeks so that we can bloom! 🌸

I am so fortunate to have my own mother, Gay Marcontell, working in the studio as a teacher. Growing up she taught me self-reliance and to take pride in my work.
As a teacher Gay has a keen eye for alignment and laser focus on connecting with who she is working with and refining their technique. Gay has been teaching Pilates for over 25 years and recently added MELT level 2 to her practice.
