Everyone deserves to find their happy ending and sometimes we need a little guidance to get there.

As your coach I can be a looking glass, someone to reflect back to you a fresh and illuminated perspective.

There’s a really specific kind of heartbreak that happens when you miss someone you’re still with.

You miss how easy you used to be together.

How much you talked. How naturally you touched. How excited you were to tell them something. How you could spend an entire night doing absolutely nothing and somehow still feel close.

And now you’re still together… but sometimes you catch yourself wondering where that version of you went.

I think that’s why relationship disconnect can hurt so much.

Because you’re not necessarily trying to decide if you love them.

You already know you do.

You’re trying to figure out how two people who love each other got this far away from each other and how the hell you find your way back.

That’s basically why I made the Intimacy Reset Bundle.

Less “save your relationship.”
More I miss us. Let’s do something about it.

Maybe your relationship isn’t falling apart. Maybe you’ve just been stuck in the same patterns for way too long.

You still love each other. You still want this. You’re just kinda tired of having the same conversations and hoping something magically clicks.

That’s basically why I made the Intimacy Reset Bundle.

Less “save your relationship.”
More let’s make this relationship actually feel good again.

REASONS PEOPLE THINK THEY’RE IN THE WRONG RELATIONSHIP (WHEN THEY’RE NOT)

• “I don’t get butterflies anymore.” → Safety often feels much quieter than falling in love did.

• “I need more space than I used to.” → Wanting independence doesn’t mean you want out.

• “We don’t have as much fun anymore.” → Life got heavier and playfulness stopped being prioritized.

• “I’m not as physically drawn to them lately.” → Attraction can struggle underneath resentment, stress, exhaustion, or emotional distance.

• “I keep noticing everything they do wrong.” → Unresolved hurt can change the lens you’re looking at your partner through.

• “I fantasize about being alone sometimes.” → Sometimes you’re craving relief from the way the relationship currently feels, not necessarily the person.

• “We feel more like roommates.” → You’ve gotten really good at running a life together and stopped intentionally nurturing the relationship inside of it.

• “I love them, but something feels missing.” → Love can still be there while connection, curiosity, affection, or desire has gone unattended.

Sometimes the problem isn’t WHO you chose. It’s what the two of you stopped choosing along the way.

And if that hit a little too close to home, my Intimacy Reset Bundle is a really good place to start.

Marriage really does give you the full range of the human experience. Deep love, partnership, friendship, romance… and a lifetime supply of moments where you just look at each other like ??? Wouldn’t have it any other way.

You don’t usually fall out of love all at once.

It happens in the tiny places you stop paying attention to — until one day you realize you love each other, but don’t feel nearly as connected as you used to.

And that’s the part I want more couples to understand: disconnection doesn’t automatically mean incompatibility. Sometimes it means the relationship has been running on autopilot for too long.

You don’t have to wait until you’re questioning the entire relationship to change that.

My Intimacy Reset Bundle helps you understand what’s creating the distance AND gives you practical ways to start rebuilding the closeness, affection and desire you’ve been missing. 🤍

WHY PHYSICAL INTIMACY OFTEN DISAPPEARS AFTER EMOTIONAL INTIMACY DOES

1. You stopped feeling like you could really talk to each other.
You still talk about work, dinner, schedules, kids, bills. But the deeper conversations, the ones where you actually feel known, happen less and less.

2. Affection started carrying expectations.
A kiss isn’t always just a kiss anymore. A cuddle feels like it needs to lead somewhere. Eventually, the person feeling pressure may start avoiding ALL touch.

3. You stopped feeling emotionally pursued.
You miss being asked questions. Being flirted with. Being noticed. Feeling like your partner is still genuinely interested in the person you are, not just the life you share.

4. Little hurts never really got repaired.
You moved on because life kept moving. But “we stopped talking about it” and “we actually resolved it” are two very different things.

5. You became amazing roommates.
You function well together. You handle responsibilities. You might even be best friends. But somewhere along the way, the relationship became more about maintaining a life than maintaining a connection.

6. Physical intimacy became the measurement of whether you’re okay. Now every rejection feels personal. Every dry spell feels scary. Every attempt carries more pressure, which usually makes genuine desire even harder to find.

And this is where so many couples get stuck.

One person is thinking:

“If we were physically intimate more often, I’d feel closer to you.”

While the other is thinking:

“If I felt closer to you, I’d probably WANT physical intimacy more often.”

Neither person is necessarily wrong.

They’re just trying to solve the disconnection from opposite ends.

Because sometimes the bedroom isn’t where the problem started.

It’s where you finally NOTICED it.

The distance may have started in the conversations you stopped having.

The resentment you never repaired.

The affection that became expected.

The moments you stopped feeling seen, desired, considered, or understood.

And if you only keep trying to fix the physical part, you can completely miss what your relationship has actually been asking you to repair.

That’s exactly why I created my ✨Relationship Workbook Bundle.✨

It helps you get underneath the lack of intimacy, identify the patterns creating distance, and start rebuilding the emotional connection that physical closeness often grows FROM.

Because the goal isn’t to pressure yourselves into being more physical.

It’s to create a relationship where closeness starts feeling natural again.

Ross thought the context mattered.

Rachel thought the impact mattered.

And THAT is why “we were on a break” was never really the point.

Sometimes you can technically be right and still make a choice that changes the way your partner sees you forever.

The rule isn’t always what gets broken.

Sometimes it’s the trust.

You don’t have to wait until your relationship is falling apart to start repairing the connection.

In fact, the BEST time to work on your relationship is while there’s still love there… you’ve just lost your way back to each other a little.

Because feeling disconnected doesn’t always mean you chose the wrong person. Sometimes it means the relationship needs new tools, new conversations, and a little intentional effort.

That’s exactly why I created my Intimacy Reset Workbook Bundle, to help you understand what’s creating the distance AND actually start changing it.

If you’re tired of saying “we need to work on us” but have no idea what that actually looks like…

WHY YOUR RELATIONSHIP CAN FEEL “OFF” EVEN WHEN YOU STILL LOVE EACH OTHER

1. You keep having different versions of the same argument. The topic changes. The underlying hurt usually doesn’t.

2. You both want more connection… but neither of you really knows how to CREATE it. So you wait for a date night, vacation or random good week to bring it back.

3. You’re trying to fix the wrong problem. You think you need more physical intimacy. More communication. More quality time. But there’s often something underneath all of those things that needs attention first.

4. You know WHAT you want to change, but not HOW. Less resentment. More affection. Better conversations. To actually feel close again.

And this is exactly why I created my Relationship Workbook Bundle.

Because “we need to work on our relationship” sounds great… until you sit down together and have absolutely no idea where to start.

These workbooks GIVE you the starting point.

They help you uncover what’s actually creating the distance, understand each other better and start rebuilding the emotional + physical connection that gets lost in long-term relationships.

You don’t need another six months of saying, “we should work on this.”

You can start tonight. ♥️
