You do not have to *earn* rest, you NEED rest. But if there's a little voice in your head trying to justify that the amount of rest you deserve is = to the amount of work of you did today then you have done a great job human-ing.

🧡 You pumped blood through your body
🧡 You converted food into energy and carried oxygen to your cells and sent tons and tons of neural impulse
