Did you miss your chance to take a lifting orientation workshop to get familiar with the new Swole Hole and feeling some FOMO? We have great news! We're offering more lifting orientations with our resident certified personal trainer instructors in June!!
Non-hypermobile wombats can take the standard lifting orientation with on Saturday 6/6 at 3-4:15pm. Jennie will go over gym etiquette, how to set up equipment, and the safety and basics of these major lifts: deadlift, squat, bench, and pull-ups! The class is capped at 4 people so there will be plenty of time to get personalized feedback and ask any questions you might have.
Hypermobile wombats can take the hypermobile-specific orientation with .pole.cat on Sunday 6/7 at 4-5:15pm. Emily will talk about the same general safety, etiquette, and equipment topics, but with more detail on how to tailor certain exercises for hypermobile bodies. This will also be capped at 4 people.

Missing twerking with ? Us too! Luckily they're bringing back the bounce with their b***y isolation twerkshop on Saturday May 16th!
B***y isolations are a twerk skill that involves making your cheeks pop independently. This twerkshop is all about dissecting and practicing the art of total cheek control! We will take some time to understand the anatomy behind b***y isolations, and then go through a series of exercises and stretches that will work to enhance your own skills. We will also play around with different positions that isolations can be done from and how to work with the music to complement the visual of your isolations.
The goal of this twerkshop is to provide you with the tools necessary to begin honing this mASSively impressive twerk skill!
No prior twerk experience necessary, open to all levels and booties of all sizes!
