Our new stand up classes. Its fun to see how excited people are to develop skills. We want well rounded grapplers, which means providing all the resources people need. Thanks coach Aubrey!

"Little Deer" open for kids and families!

Our hugely successful program for people starting jiu jitsu with no experience or a lower comfort level "First Steps" will start a new class on the first of every month going forwards.

"Just Stand Up" our self defense program is now free the last Sunday of every month.

A new location just south of Cal Anderson with easy access to bus and rail transit and more than 3 times our previous space.

Exciting open house events coming up...Halloween jiu jitsu in costume, partner events with Rain City Fit and the GSBA

"Oh we are short a couple pieces of lumber"
"OK, we will just walk 2 miles down a hill and then buy some and carry them back to the gym now"

The first piece of mat was officially down so everyone took a moment to share it! Landmark moment
