Having a tough time getting started with that thing you really want to do?
Sometimes getting started is the toughest part. Instead of focusing on the “thing” that seems tough to do, focus on the first step of doing that thing and then go from there. Maybe day 1 is just putting on your exercise gear, doing some research, or buying those veggies. Maybe once you do that, the rest will be much easier, or maybe doing the first part several times, will then turn into doing the next part.
Set your intentions on just taking the first step and then go from there. You got this!

Throughout the 12-weeks you will receive a done for you training program, weekly motivational and informational emails, and a monthly live zoom call with Coach Tiff. You will have unlimited access to Coach Tiff, to ask any questions or get feedback.
Recommended equipment for online members:
👉Barbell
👉Squat Rack
👉Weight Plates
👉Weight Bench
👉Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells (2-3+)
👉Resistance Bands (2-3)
👉Pull Up Bar
👉Medicine Ball
Minimum required equipment:
👉Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells (2-3 different weights)
👉Resistance Bands (at least 1, preferably 2-3)
Prerequisites:
Prior experience and understanding of how to properly and safely Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Overhead Press.

This probably means nothing to most people. 20 years of writing training programs. It’s still one of my favorite things to do, I still use pen and paper to create the template. I have written so many programs that I could just go back and copy them for people over and over. When I get to the point of doing that, I’ll know that I lost my passion and creativity for this craft.
