Be honest: when was the last time you cleaned your showerhead? If the answer is never, it might be time to take it off and give it a soak or replace it all together. Personally, we’ve found it’s much easier to have a corded shower head to wash the dogs and little kids who don’t like to get water in their eyes. This is great project for these months where many of us are stuck inside because of the cold. Love, Dad

Wow isn't this an interesting view? One small blip right after 2008 where values dipped since 1960. Home values have done nothing but increase.
