Chainbangers Disc Golf

It’s official! If you had scrip @ chainbangers, it has been transferred over & you can now redeem @ Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort.

This comes with a heavy heart.
As of 3/13/25 we emptied the shop & closed the doors to chainbangers at RWM disc golf course.
It’s been a great run & stepping stone for bigger projects. This is not a good bye, just a turn of the page & a pivot towards another direction.
Spending many years inside the shop and seeing the direction of disc golf has fueled my passion. Honed in my energy to focus on multiple larger dedicated disc golf megaplex facilities(aka disc golf resort LLC).
Seeing how passive use presents so many challenges. Hindering growth in a direction that aligns with my own, and im sure, many of your own visions.
That coupled with frustrations of dealing with new park staff & sometimes unrealistic policies & agendas. Most which do not always align with direction of a privately funded for profit business.
Fear not, as I do still have ties to the course & its future.
With longstanding non profit agreements in place, It will still be in play. There are changes happening constantly in and around the park. As they have during the nearly 30 years of it being a disc golf course.
New course steward will be announced shortly.

For those who haven’t redeemed their scrip cards, what are you doing? You had 15 years!!!!🤣🤣😬😊
Jk… give me a week or two to compile all those cards and then announce a time period to redeem. If all goes well up at Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort!
Sorry this happened so abruptly. It was not 100% my intent. Wish at the very least, I could have offered more time to allow you to spend your funny money.

You may not know it, but you’ve made lasting impressions & even more importantly friendships that endure.
With your support you’ve cemented your footprints and impacted white center & beyond. In such a positive and sustainable way, it’s created the very essence and improvements/directions you see happening in that thriving community.
Know that I’m forever grateful to each and everyone of you that have and continue to support disc golf & all its glory as well as my current & future biz ventures.

Thanks to all current and previous staff that has helped and supported throughout the years.

No one’s talking about a major epidemic that’s plagued our society for far too long… I for one cannot, without a clean conscience, stay silent any longer.

Something has got to be done about ALL the invasive weeds!!!

Plain & simple …phew…there I said it… btw, that felt wonderful to stop holding it all in and being silent.

Holiday closure, so staff can spend time with friends & family.

Break in happened last night.
BOLO for some kids/newbs rocking chainbangers belts,discraft hats, or axiom backpack…that might look “out of place”.
Seems like they might just be dumb enough to provide us with some proof they were the suspects.
Sadly, shop is closed today for reorganizing & repairs.
