Check the photos from past years and give a shout out if you were part of our PRIDE Fundraisers!

This year won’t be the traditional competition format. Less of this: ❌ Serious heats ❌ High-pressure competition floor ❌ “Rx vs Scaled” pressure

And much more of this: ✅ Team field day energy ✅ Fun challenges and activities ✅ Big group workouts ✅ Drag queen performances ✅ Cheering each other on ✅ Raising money for our local LGBTQ+ community ✅ Getting a great workout in with friends and fellow members

This year’s event is designed to feel more inclusive, more social, more spectator-friendly, and way more community-driven than ever before. We’ve intentionally built the workouts and challenges to be fun and approachable, with challenges for the longtime CrossFit athlete and those who just want to move, participate, and support the community.

We’ll still have: 🏋️ Olympic lifting 🔥 Fitness challenges 🌈 Team scoring 💖 Fundraising 💃Drag queen performances

Friends, partners, and outside athletes are all welcome. The focus is on participation, teamwork, energy, and celebrating Pride together while supporting our community’s LGBTQ+ charities, Entre Hermanos and Lambert House.

Registration closes soon 🌈💪 Link in bio!

PROGRAMMING: Our UNITY CYCLE begins May 4. This shorter 6-week cycle progresses our spring training into our Pride Fundraiser Event on June 13, with a focus on building strength, endurance, and community together.

Our programming cycle will include a 1RM Clean & Jerk, 5RM Bench Press, strict pulling strength, shoulder-to-overhead work, pauses, tempos, and more isometric strength work. We’ve seen lots of amazing achievements so far this year…let’s keep it going strong! As the days get warmer, our conditioning focus will shift toward longer efforts to support athletes preparing for Murph, HYROX, and other summer endurance events.

** Save the date for Saturday, June 13! Registration for our Pride Fundraiser opens soon! **

Three weeks. Three Open workouts. One incredible community effort.

The 2026 CrossFit Open wrapped up at the gym this weekend, and we couldn’t be more proud of the effort our athletes brought to our Saturday classes. From first-time competitors to seasoned veterans chasing leaderboard spots, everyone showed up ready to push their limits, support each other, and embrace the challenge.

You brought the energy. Loud cheers during final reps, great athlete/judge pairings, and the entire gym rallying behind athletes fighting through those last few seconds on the clock. That’s exactly what the Open is about: testing yourself, celebrating progress, and sharing the experience with a community that wants to see you succeed.

Huge congratulations to everyone who participated. Congrats to those who set a PR, achieved a new skill, and gave it your best! We’ll keep climbing to the SUMMIT in our next cycle! 💪⛰️🙌

Roses are red,
Burpees are hard,
If you skip leg day…
Cupid pulls your card. ❤️‍🔥

Good job last week with all those squats! 😅 We’re heading into Week 5 of ASCEND, our intentional mid-cycle deload. That means shorter workouts, lighter percentages, cleaner reps, and sharper movement. This isn’t a step back, it’s a strategic reset so we can push harder in the weeks ahead.

The CrossFit Open 2026 kicks off 2/28 and runs for three weeks, and we’ll be throwing down during our Saturday classes. It’s a great time to test your progress versus your friends across the globe. Looking forward to it!

Final week. Time to test!

Our 8-week SLEIGH programming cycle wraps up with a true Testing Week, featuring the Split Jerk and Back Squat tests, and the return of Super Bario Bros for our cycle re-test. Heavy singles, high-skill conditioning, and opportunities to ring the PR gong!

2026 is here! New goals, new skills, and new chapters are taking shape. Progress doesn’t happen all at once. It’s built layer by layer, with intention, patience, and commitment to the details.

The best training works the same way: strength, skill, and confidence are earned through consistent effort. Over time the work turns into something powerful.

This week’s training leans into that mindset: unilateral leg stability, tempo strength, sn**ch and jerk skill work, and fun conditioning challenges to ring in the new year.

If you’re ready to grow alongside a group of athletes who value consistency, effort, and quality of movement, come train with us!

SLEIGH WEEK 4 🌟

This week, we’re kicking things off with the original 12 Days of CrossFit, a classic holiday tradition. We’ve got two versions of this workout, and we’ll be rolling out the Foundation Gym version next Monday, so stay tuned!

This week also features some iconic benchmarks, fun partner workouts, and interval pieces designed to challenge your engine, grit, and pacing while keeping the holiday energy high.

SLEIGH WEEK 2 ❄️

Hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving with family and friends! This week we’ll ease back into the flow with solid positioning, controlled strength work, and sustainable conditioning. Expect unilateral leg work, sumo deadlifts, clean + sn**ch pulls, and solid upper-body push/pull work to build the foundation for our big lifts later in the cycle.

Conditioning brings interval work, EMOMs, high-skill gymnastics, and a gritty partner workout to close out the week. Focus on steady pacing, movement quality, and smart scaling. This is where good habits stack up (like KC’s incredible handstands)!
