Innovative performance and fitness solutions. About:

I have been involved in athletics in one way or another for the better portion of my life. CLIENT FIRST.

Growing up, I played baseball, basketball, soccer, football, tennis, lacrosse, and still snowboard and mountain bike as leisure activities. Currently, I am a competitive, sponsored NAS Strongman and dabble in Powerlifting on the side. After working at several commercial gyms, I began to see flaws in the structure of a corporate training environment, and sought out to do it on my own terms. I belie

Two days until back to work.

For a limited time, I will be offering discounted session rates for both current and new clients interested in training at least 2x+ a week. I have worked with clients as young as 10 and as old as 70. While the main scope of my work is centered around barbell and performance training, I have learned how to manage scaled exercise quite well over the last 10+ years in my profession, and am positive I can benefit anyone looking to increase their general fitness, strength, and health, whether beginner or advanced.

A free and detailed consultation is included as always to eliminate too much wasted time sitting around and talking in our first sessions. Your goals, health history, my methods and training framework will be discussed prior to ever receiving a bill.

If you just need a place to lift, I am also happy to sit there (at a steep discount to you) and supervise your training until your gym is open again.

Please inquire for rates and package availability.

*If you are a current client, ex-client, friend, or follower from afar, I would really appreciate some positive reviews in the comments to drive this post, as FB business ads are a massive waste of my time.

Well, USAPL Nationals was exciting, again. Roberta was tied for 1st after DL openers, but unfortunately a recent back tweak started catching up to her in the following attempts. We made a decision to jump 2.5kg after a missed second that would have put her back in contention to tie for 1st and win on BW, but her back had been through enough and it wasn’t in the cards that day. Result was a 125/70/152.5kg day, good enough for 3rd in the country in the 72kg M2 class. 125 and 70 were both meet PR’s, and considering how rapidly bench and squat were developing in the month prior to meet, it won’t be long until these numbers become openers and seconds. Very proud of her accomplishment, looking forward to seeing what is produced after a little rest and healing up. Thanks to USA Powerlifting for continuing to host the best elite competition in the country.
