Quarterly Mini-Retreat, powered by Intentionalist!!
Every quarter, Strive & Uplift gives each coach $30 to buy something from an business that will support them during our 4-5 hour Retreat! This time most people got lunch from a minority-owned small business - these are the great places that fueled our coaches today!

Joining a gym or starting an exercise program can be intimidating - we’re here to support your journey!
This course is great for:
BEGINNERS to lifting free weights.
RETURNERS to exercise after a hiatus or injury.
REFRESHERS wanting to build a strong foundation for working out on their own.
Throughout the 6-week course, we will review basic movement patterns for squat, hinge, push, pull and unilateral exercises with a variety of gym equipment—from barbells to kettlebells and dumbbells—as well as training bodyweight and resistance band-assisted movements to build body and core awareness that integrate into moving safely and efficiently. Get support from a coach in a small group setting to learn and ask questions together, as well as develop a familiarity with the gym itself.

EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT!
We're going to be hosting Seattle Sports Fest, a joint Powerlifting and Kettlebell Sport meet / charity fundraiser on Sunday, May 10th!
This meet will be perfect for beginners and experienced lifters alike - we'll have workshops and other educational opportunities in the first part of the year to help you learn technique and plan your training. Since this is an unofficial meet, there is no need to worry about ranks or categories. Wherever you are in your lifting journey, just join us and lift!

Working with youth athletes is a huge part of what we do, both in person and virtually!!
We wrapped up our boys' season sessions with Ingraham with our JV friends today - they had awesome focus and brought some great team energy all fall! We worked on movement patterns specific to ultimate, helped them learn about self-care and recovery, and gave them a chance to connect as a team off the field.
