Graduation Requirements 225 hours
90 Education/Training Hours (Tuesdays/Thursdays)
60 Practice Teaching Hours
35 Personal Practice Hours
5 Private Lessons with Vitality Pilates instructors
35 Observation Hours
Pass Final Exams with a minimum of 70%
Complete all financial obligations to Vitality Pilates

Minimum 20 hours per week commitment to stay on track
12 hrs/wk education/training days
4 hrs/week practice teaching
2 hrs/week personal practice (includes 5 private lessons)
2 hrs/wk observation

Day 6: The One Leg Stretch

The first of the stomach series exercises, The One Leg Stretch (or Single Leg Stretch) gets the body ready to perform more demanding repertoire. The lower the stretched out leg, the more challenge you'll feel. If you feel that you need less challenge, keep your stretched out leg at a higher diagonal. Remember to keep curled up the whole time and exhale when pulling the knee towards you!

Day 2: The Roll Up

This exercise is all about spinal articulation, abdominals and hip flexors. Rolling down can be easier than rolling up, so if you're still struggling with that phase, don't worry. It'll come! Try securing the feet under a strap for better leverage. Your instructor has lots of tools to help you master the Roll Up, so ask for extra help if you need it.

Day 1: The Hundred is used as a warm up and to get your blood pumping. The Hundred is one of Joe's most iconic exercises. Some people feel that no workout is complete without this exercise. Also, love it or hate it, your instructor will probably cajole you into doing this exercise at some point!

The program is based at our Ravenna location, takes 7 months to complete and requires 100 hours to graduate. $1400 (excludes textbooks and private lessons)
