Masters Monday! Some of our crew gathered at the World Cup Watch Party on Saturday afternoon for another fun off-water event with rowing friends. These are always promoted in the Events and More GroupMe - if you’re not in that group, ask a rower to add you, everyone is welcome and GLAC is a very friendly community. 😊

Masters (day after) Monday! The early morning L2/3 class had a pretty cool start to the (windy) morning with an adolescent heron spotting right outside the boathouse. Although the rain stuck around, the wind died down, and we had a great morning on the water. Special thanks to the three (!) coxswains who got up early to cox, especially Ella who took these photos!

Masters Monday! Two weekend, two work parties - thanks to everyone who volunteered to clean the boathouse and sort out the tents. Thanks to Volunteer Chair Emily G. for organizing. Up next: a boat washing work party, details to come later this summer!

Masters Monday! We had a great turnout for the year’s first Mixer Row with 37 masters rowers celebrating 14 new rowers on their last day of Learn to Row. All in there were 5 eights and 1 quad, plus a (mother/son) double —which is a pretty fantastic way to celebrate Mother’s Day!
