Greetings!

I hope this message finds you well.

As some of you know, it has been a very interesting past year for me, as my family and I prevailed over a major health crisis. The prayers from those in-the-know were essential and deeply appreciated.

I gained some very personal revelations through this experience, which I may write about in the future, God willing, but I can at least affirm the following practical truths.

1. That spiritual warfare continues on all planes of existence. Do nothing or something, but at least be aware that the stakes are very high.

2. That no matter how devastating the burden of fear, loss, pain, or shame is in our lives, we must find a way to wholly integrate with this burden to still be able to "chop wood and carry water" with kindness for ourselves and others in this world.

This may not be news to many seekers and protectors in Systema who regularly put in the hard work to reach deeper levels of understanding and skill. As protectors, who must seamlessly integrate with our shadows, we have the additional responsibility to prevent our destructive skills from causing unnecessary damage... this is inherent in our training.

So, the hard work continues... starting in August, we will introduce and reinforce the full spectrum of powerful yet subtle foundational principles of Systema in a new workshop series.

Happy New Year!

May the Grace of God keep and bless you and your families and help make this year one of growth and meaningful connections.

For me, the last year was full of major personal and professional milestones. I was again blessed to be able to join our group of dedicated students in Seattle on a weekly basis, as well as train with very solid and loyal students across the US and abroad. We conducted major workshops here and in Japan and hosted one of the greatest training events of the year, with Vladimir at the Phoenix Festival. None of this would have been possible without your support, effort, and prayers, and I am grateful.

We were also able to see significant positive transformation in our community, a year after the passing of our great founder, Mikhail Ryabko. We saw Vladimir ascend to a higher level of work... a deep ineffable calmness that is attributable to Mikhail, but distinctly Vladimir's. It is evident that the ripples of change caused by Mikhail's passing continue to increase in power and loyalty in many. On the flip side, it also provided a stark contrast that laid bare those who somehow enjoy hiding in the crevices of their weaknesses. May we all strive to do the good work and pray for clear mind and heart to see things for what they truly are.

Now, back to our program… A line-up of this year’s workshops will be posted shortly, as well as a major training announcement for 2025. Stay tuned! In the meantime, you must consider the upcoming Trauma I course with former Green Beret Medic, Jeff Hensley. It will be the last public Trauma course that we will offer in Seattle, so get in on this life-changing event before space is gone.
