You don’t have to be the youngest in the gym. You don’t have to know what you’re doing before you walk through the door. And you certainly don’t have to stop challenging yourself because of the number of candles on your birthday cake.

Our SLATE Silvers are building strength for the lives they want to keep living, surrounded by people doing the same.
