Who runs the world? GIRLS! What a great program, if you haven’t heard about Girls on the Run. It’s an 8 week program that coaches girls 3-5th grade to run a 5k. It’s really inspiring to see them got from not being able to run for 2 minute to running a 3.1 miles with minimal breaks. It touches so many levels like turning negative self talk to encouragement that you would give a friend. These are powerful lessons we need our selves! Thank you GOTR!
