Yup, we said it already and we'll say it again. We LOVE Pasado's Safe Haven and the work they do for all animal-kind!

We'll be hosting a P.U.P. Strength event (for humans) this Saturday at our Wallingford location from 10-11:15am. Sign up through our website if you would like to join and get stronger for your pup (or just for life.)

We will also be hosting an online auction throughout May with 100% of donations going to Pasado's at the end of the month. Check it out through the links and spread the word, please! 💜🐕

Woo! The auction is up and live! We'll be running it from now until May 31st, so you have plenty of time to check it out and bid on what works best for you!

Some auction items include a few training packages, a 60 minute massage, some P.U.P. merch, and for the first time ever- a tour of Pasado's and some of their merch!

We'll also be selling P.U.P. items including shirts, totes, coffee mugs, water bottles, and hats (new style this year!)

Is it surprising I own a gym? Probably not.

I've always liked being able to help people and pump them up. I have a few more skills and better tools to help now than I did then... but I still wiggle at people when they come in (with "how ya feelin?"), and I'm still having a great time.

Eeeee! I know it's not even April yet, but I'm so excited for May to come so it's P.U.P. month!

What does that mean?

It means we pick a local animal rescue and host a fundraising event in May. By host, I mean we have a silent auction that runs throughout the month, we sell P.U.P. shirts and merch (it's super cute), and we accept monetary donations.

This year we're also accepting sponsors to go on our P.U.P. shirts, which we're very excited about.

We get it... nobody really wants to do push ups, but we still want to help dogs (and all rescued animals) so we keep the name. No push ups are required for participation, but we'll help with form if you want.

We're still finalizing what we have for the auction this year, but last year included: a P.U.P. merch bundle, a 60 min massage from North Seattle Bodywork (who are both amazing), a "Coffee Lovers Bundle" with Fuel coffee, bag, mug, and gift card, and a few training bundles from Adrian and I.
