We met as pole dance instructors at Divine Movement Dance and we've been dancing together for a couple years now. Collectively, we have a background in pole fitness, aerial arts, dance, personal and group training, weight lifting, and yoga. We both love dogs, long walks to the fridge, and we love all things movement. 👯♀️
We started Exhale Movement, LLC based on the singular idea of the deep breath we, as movers, athletes, and creatives, take before we begin our craft. It’s the first grounding force anchoring you to your surroundings. It’s what calms and centers your focus as a mover, artist, and athlete. It’s a practice in and of itself. It is how we remember to once again, breathe.
We currently have several major projects in the works (including a movement creativity card deck, apparel, and accessories) that we will continue to keep you updated on. In the meantime, we're interviewing inspirational movers from around the world and sharing their Movement Stories with you! Our goal is to produce inspirational content that will encourage and cultivate a community for anyone who identifies as a mover, regardless of their discipline(s).
We wanted to build a lifestyle and apparel brand with diversity and inclusion built into its core. We believe that movement inspiration can come from a multitude of cross disciplines and our goal is to share the stories and inspiration from many different movers and athletes. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to share your story.

Be Divine. At Divine Movement we teach pole dancing holistically. Our Seattle based pole dancing classes focus first on the art of dance and second on the sport of pole.
Classes include floor work, dance technique, pole spins, moves, inverts and transitions. You are not only learning the graceful, elegant art of dance, but you are also getting a great workout !
