3 1/2 months to get trail-ready
Today we kicked off our September Uzbekistan + Kyrgyzstan adventure with our first training hike, and honestly, this is one of the best partsā¦getting stronger together before the trip even begins.
By the time weāre wandering Samarkand, Bukhara, and the mountains of Kyrgyzstan, weāll be ready for it.
A couple of spots just opened up.
Want in? DM me. āØ

Two spots just opened for our September 2026 womenās Silk Road adventure through Uzbekistan & Kyrgyzstan.
Many of you have traveled with me beforeā¦.you know these journeys are about so much more than travel.
Theyāre about feeling alive again.
Ancient Silk Road cities, mountain trekking, nomadic culture, shared meals, deep laughter, and the kind of connection that only happens when women travel together with intention.
Right now there are just 2 spaces available.
If this has been on your heart or even lightly tugging at you send me a DM with āSILK ROADā and Iāll share details.

Grateful to Melanie Webb for guiding us and for the āThe Blue Marbleā she sharedāa simple but powerful reminder that our planet is fragile, beautiful, and a little bit alone out there. It shifts your perspective⦠this tiny, shared home of ours, worth protecting and caring for.
Then we took it up a notch at Studhorse Mesaābig views, strong legs, and that kind of awe you canāt manufacture in a gym.
