The Astros are now 1-6 in their last 7 Fall Classic home games. An interesting parallel? The Nationals beat them after losing their best player to free agency. And now the Braves beat them after losing their best player to midseason injury. This is a team game!

In the Mariners' last five games against the Astros (1-4), they have allowed a total of 54 runs. Yikes.
Since 2010, only three Super Bowl winners missed the playoffs the previous year. The 2011 Giants, 2017 Eagles, and 2020 Bucs.
What do the Bucs and Ravens have in common? They both have a 2-0 record in the Super Bowl.
Just realized that next NFL season will feature Jared Goff's revenge game against the Rams. Should be an interesting game.
The Chiefs will try and become the first team since the '03 & '04 Pats to repeat as SB champs. And how fitting that their opponent, Tom Brady, was the last quarterback to achieve that.

-The Bucs are the 11th wild card team to make the Super Bowl as well as the third five-seed ('85 NE, '07 NYG).
An asterisk does go on here due to limited or no fans this year. But in all three 2020 playoff games between division rivals, the road team had the last laugh (LAR over SEA, CLE over PIT, TB over NO).

Holy cow. Did anyone else just see Tyreek Hill shove one of his coaches going into the commercial break?
Due to Covid precautions, limited or no fans put an asterisk around "home field advantage" this year. But regardless, the road teams won Super Wild Card Weekend overall with a 4-2 record.
Next weekend's Bucs-Saints game will feature a combined QB age of 42 and 1,152 career TD passes. Should be a good one.
