In association with Beacon Plumbing, Nomad Boxing Club, King County Sewer Drain & Plumbing, & DB Services, we are pleased to announce the Willi Briscoeray “Coach Bumblebee” Health & Wellness Initiative’s First Annual 31 Day Challenge
Coach Bumblebee held a life long passion for healthy living that he shared with everyone he came into contact with! Whether he was giving tips on mental toughness, showing you how to pop the jab, doing his roadwork, or eating his favorite healthy fish, he always espoused the importance of living a healthy & purposeful life… In an effort to honor his incredible legacy we will be moving forward with his mission of living healthfully and making champions in life.
Every year during Coach’s birth month of March we will be challenging ourselves & the community at large to take up at least one healthy habit; just as Coach left this world better than he found it, we want you to leave March healthier than you started it!
We will be posting our goals & updating our progress through out the month and we want you to post & update as well! We are all in this together and you are your only competition! As Coach would always say “Don’t wait! Be First!” Lets gooooooooo!! Bumblebeeeeeeeee!!!
*This year’s challenge will begin on Coach’s Birthday (3/20)
