Benefits:

1. Melts Fat, Fast - An hour in front of the bag will get your heart pumping and your muscles moving not matter what skill level.

2. Tones your entire body - A large component of the movements forces you to engage entire muscle groups to perform. Specifically the core.

3. Huge stress and Aggression reliever - Within minutes you are able to let it all out on the bag or pads and truly rid it from your body. Not to mention it leads to a good nights sleep.

This is more than just physical fitness....

Your reactions help determine your success. In the ring, while you may not be able to take control of a situation, you can control how you react. Boxing and Kickboxing relies heavily on your reactions, if your responses are slow you will *allow* your opponent to win. Attitude is important, in both boxing and in life. The way you react to success and failure and other hardships in life define who you are. Don’t let your emotions get the better of you, boxing teaches us to stay cool under pressure.
