The Wudang Internal Martial Arts Academy was founded by Master Chang, Wu-Na and Dr. Lu, Mei-hui in Seattle, WA. in order to spread awareness of Chinese internal martial arts, promote health in the community, and to teach serious and practical fighting techniques for personal self-defense. Master Chang and Dr. Lu teach a multitude of systems for health and self-defense including: Xingyiquan, Baguazhang, Taijiquan, Wudang Sword, Qigong, and more.
