2 new in-studio classes added - Fridays 9:30(Reformer) and 10:30 (Cardio)!

Give some love to your hands and feet! The hands are second only to our face when it comes to expression. We use them to express, or help express, our emotions, to create, to touch; they are our thoughts. The feet are our base. Like our hands, with highly somatic receptors they link directly through the limbs to the brain. Super sensitive, they are our eyes on the ground, and they take us where we want to go. Hopefully, that includes Pilates! ❤️

Don't forget your foam roller! If you have one at home get it out. :D
