Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is nothing at all.

A sound bath is exactly what it sounds like, except there's no water involved. 😌 You simply lie down, get comfortable, and let the vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums do the rest.
It's one of the most deeply relaxing experiences we offer, and your nervous system will thank you for it.

Here's what to expect:
✨ A few minutes of gentle movement to arrive
✨ A short guided meditation to settle in
✨ A full sound bath to let go

Blankets, bolsters, and blocks provided. Bring a pillow, eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel at home.
No experience needed. No doing. Just being.

Spots are limited — link in bio to reserve yours.

If your mind feels constantly “on”… you’re not alone.

In a world that pushes us to move faster, do more, and stay connected 24/7, stillness can feel unfamiliar.

But sometimes the most powerful thing we can do for ourselves is pause.

For World Meditation Day, we’re reminding ourselves that meditation doesn’t have to look perfect. It can be:
✨ one deep breath
✨ a quiet moment in savasana
✨ slowing down long enough to notice how you feel
✨ choosing presence over pressure

Yoga is more than movement. It’s creating space for your nervous system to exhale.

Whether you meditate for 2 minutes or 20, we hope you give yourself a moment of stillness today.

Let's clear a few things up.

"You have to be flexible." "It's too intense." "Everyone there is advanced."

We hear these all the time and we get it. Yoga can feel intimidating from the outside.

But here's the truth: yoga isn't about being the best in the room. It's about learning to listen to your body, move with intention, and show up exactly as you are.
At SOL you'll find modifications, beginners, strong movement, rest when you need it, and people who are just here to feel good — same as you.

No experience needed. No "getting in shape first." No perfection required.

Just show up. 🧡

That's what our New Student Special is for. 21 Days of Unlimited Yoga for $69 and no pressure. No commitment. Just a place to begin.

New to yoga or coming back after a while away, it doesn't matter. You belong here either way.

Your body holds stress. Your mind does too.

Mental health support can look a lot of different ways: therapy, rest, a long walk, a good conversation. Sometimes it looks like stepping into a warm room, taking a breath, and giving yourself permission to slow down.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we're sitting with the idea that movement can be medicine for more than just the body.

Yoga can offer:
✨ space to breathe
✨ a moment of calm
✨ nervous system support
✨ connection — to yourself and to others

You don't need to "be good at yoga" to show up. You just need to show up.
If you've been craving a reset, we'd love to have you.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we think movement deserves a voice in that conversation.

Yoga is known for what it does to your body. But what does it do for your mind? That part doesn't get talked about enough.

Here are 3 benefits of a yoga practice that have nothing to do with flexibility or fitness. 👇

Swipe to see all three and save this one if you needed the reminder today.

Totally normal. Here's what to know before you go. 🌿

The room is warm — intentionally so. The heat helps your body open up, your muscles relax, and your mind finally get quiet. It's not about pushing harder. It's actually the opposite.

You'll sweat. You'll breathe. You'll probably surprise yourself.

Our teachers are experienced, the studio is welcoming, and yes — all levels are genuinely welcome. First time in a heated class? Just let us know when you arrive. We'll take care of you.

The hardest part is showing up. Book your a class and see for yourself. Link in bio.
