This is what happens when you have been dieting for a while… you start inventing new methods to eat the same meals. Post workout meal is supposed to be 200g strawberries and 1 scoop of whey protein. Instead of drinking the shake and eating the berries, this was way more satisfying!! Give it a shot!!

It’s not an attack, it’s a challenge…

Most people don’t want to hear this…

But not everyone who pushes you is against you.

Some people just see more in you than you’re currently demanding from yourself.

Early on, I took this as criticism.

Now I see it differently.

The people who challenge you, hold you accountable, and expect more from you…

They’re usually the ones who actually care.

Because growth isn’t always comfortable.

It’s not always validating.

And it definitely doesn’t always feel like support in the moment.

But the people who always let you stay the same?

That’s easy.

I’d rather be pushed than protected from my potential.

I’m about 7-8 weeks into my dieting phase to get ready for the summer. I’m already about 15lbs down and it’s things like this that have helped me stay on track and feeling good! Try adding pickled vegetables to your meals, they bring so much flavor and color for a negligible amount of calories. I was literally putting random things from the refrigerator in here and it turned out pretty good! Huckleberry mustard hot sauce isn’t something I normally use but I put a few drops of it on today to keep me going. I’d much rather do things like this than pig out on junk food or ice creamšŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø
