This is what happens when you have been dieting for a while⦠you start inventing new methods to eat the same meals. Post workout meal is supposed to be 200g strawberries and 1 scoop of whey protein. Instead of drinking the shake and eating the berries, this was way more satisfying!! Give it a shot!!

Iām about 7-8 weeks into my dieting phase to get ready for the summer. Iām already about 15lbs down and itās things like this that have helped me stay on track and feeling good! Try adding pickled vegetables to your meals, they bring so much flavor and color for a negligible amount of calories. I was literally putting random things from the refrigerator in here and it turned out pretty good! Huckleberry mustard hot sauce isnāt something I normally use but I put a few drops of it on today to keep me going. Iād much rather do things like this than pig out on junk food or ice creamš¤·š¼āāļø
