Join Us for The Great Synchronization
This Saturday March 21st, during the Spring Equinox, people all over the world are pausing together for 5 minutes of shared intention—hundreds of thousands joining in one collective breath.
I invite you to join me at our regular Heavily Meditated multi-sensory meditation, where we will connect with this global movement. Inspired by the Maharishi Effect, this practice shows that when a group of people come into a calm, coherent, heart-centered state, it can ripple out, creating positive energy far beyond the individual.
This is exactly what we practice every Saturday, as we send out the energy of Oneness that we co-create, to the world at large. At the end of our regular Kirtan Kriya meditation, we will sit in 5 minutes of silence and then together we will speak these four words together:
Peace • Love • Unity • Respect
It’s simple. It’s powerful. And it’s exactly the energy we cultivate here every day.

Today marks one full year since we opened our doors in the heart of the West Seattle Junction, and what a beautifully transformative year it has been. What began as a vision has blossomed into a living, breathing community—filled with connection, healing, laughter, and shared moments of magic. We are deeply grateful to each and every one of you who has walked through our doors, supported our offerings, and grown alongside us. Truly, this space exists because of you, and we feel so honored to be on this journey together.

They say a community that plays together, stays together—and we couldn’t agree more! Inspired by the stunning planetary parade lighting up our skies, we gathered at Constellation Park to witness Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn stretching across the horizon in a rare, beautiful line.
Laughter, awe, and shared wonder rippled through our group as we pointed, gasped, and simply marveled together. Moments like this remind us that when we show up for each other—and for the magic all around us—we create connections that last far beyond the stars.
Next Cosmic Wonder this Tuesday, March 3, 2026, with a stunning total lunar eclipse that will bathe the Moon in deep red light, creating a mesmerizing “Blood Moon” visible from the western U.S. in the pre-dawn hours.

Our beautiful shop greets you before you even step inside. The flowers, purple clematis — painted across the exterior walls, blooming from the pots along the sidewalk, and cascading above the doorway with soft primrose — welcome you home and gently reconnect you to the earth.
