Get after it!!💪🏾 it's the dreaded hump day!
Something to do this morning to get the blood rushing, just jump around🤗, yes as corny as it sounds just like the song Jump around, doesn't have to be crazy but similar to jumping rope, 30 seconds go!!!!
Follow that with some simple stretching. Win the day😎
Challenge to you all for today: get up do some arm circles forward/backward, then standing feet together reach for your toes and on the way up reach for the sky. 10 of each
Then 25 jumping jacks!!! Have an awesome Tuesday🤗
Get up and attack the day!!! Get that breath of fresh air in the lungs maybe add some jumping jacks, body weight squats, or even some push ups. Just don't forget to fuel the body💪🏾

I have to admit I am really bad at this social media stuff, but I can only get better with time👍🏾 well the weather is taking a turn for most people with respect to where they live and when it gets colder there is that chance of fitness hibernation, please do not become a victim. As an advocate of fitness I am here for you. Please feel free to reach out with questions, there is no right or wrong way to get in shape but there is a right or wrong way on doing specific exercises.
Which leads me to my next point. If you live in the Seatttle/surrounding Seattle region I would love to take time to work with you on a desired goal/fitness path. So if you are in a slump or know someone who needs a push, I welcome anyone who is willing to work and have fun. For my out of state followers we can make this work as well.

For the past couple weeks I have been single kbell deadlifting, this week I started double kbell deadlifts. It feels great to build strength! As always whatever it is you are working on, patience/persistence go a long ways.
