In Norway, Gymgoers Avoid Infections as Virus Recedes In an unusual experiment, researchers found no coronavirus infections among thousands of people allowed to return to their gyms.

We are happy to officially announce that EVOLV is now partially re-opened for private training, 5 person classes and open gym!

This Friday at 7 PM, the Evolv Games returns for another crazy challenge!

Don’t forget, we want you to work out along with the trainers and challenge their scores! This week you’ll need 2 light hand weights (some cans or bottles will do), and a medicine ball (a backpack with some clothes and books).

We’ll also be live on Facebook Friday at 6 for the pre-show hosted by Cody Von Whistler! So, tune in, ‘cause that’s a rule, and Cody makes those.
