Who knew healing could look like this?
A walk through the trees.
Conversations that flowed without effort.
And then, sitting by the water, quietly painting pieces of our hearts onto canvas 🎨🤍
This walk we also did an early Mother's Day Celebration ♥️
We slowed down.
We connected.
We created.
Women came together, some as mothers, some as daughters, some simply showing up for themselves.
We shared food, laughter, stories and a little bit of silence too.
This is what Walk, Talk & Heal Club is becoming —
not just walks but experiences that nourish you.

Your anxiety isn’t always about the room you are in, it’s about where you place your attention.
Most people think social anxiety is “fear of people.”
It’s mostly not.
It’s over-awareness of self in front of people.
The shift that changes everything is this -
You don’t need to become more confident, you need to become less self-focused.
Because the moment your attention stops circling “How am I doing?” and starts landing on “Who is this person in front of me?”—your nervous system settles.
Presence is the antidote you’ve been looking for.
If this hit home, share it with someone who overthinks every social moment and save it for your next “I don’t belong here” spiral.

I still disagree with some things he said earlier. But growth deserves acknowledgement too.
Falling is common.
Rebuilding with honesty is rare.
Respect is earned again in phases.
- Welcome back, and hoping that you will be more mindful on India's Got Latent Season 2

My kind of therapy doesn’t come in a room.
It comes with fresh air, slow steps, and real conversations 🌿

If your mind actually listened to you…would you still choose anxiety?
You’re just cutting an apple and your mind is already in tomorrow’s problems.
Your mind isn’t the problem.
Your lack of command is.
Train it. Or it will keep running you.
Comment “CONTROL” if you’re taking your mind back today.
Save this for your next overthinking moment. 🍎

Therapy…..
But it’s free, outdoors, and comes with a little adventure.
We walked 5+ miles. 14489 steps. Through forest trails.
Toward a waterfall.
But what we really did?
We slowed down.
We talked.
We laughed.
We let go of things we didn’t even realize we were carrying.
No pressure.
No expectations.
Just women showing up — for themselves and for each other 🤍
This is what Walk, Talk & Heal Club is all about.
Adventure for the body.
Therapy for the mind.
Connection for the heart.
And yes…it’s free 💛

Some souls just arrive.
No history. No expectations. No guarantee they’ll stay.
And yet, they leave something behind that becomes a part of who you are.
Not every connection is meant to last forever.
But some are meant to wake you up. Shift you. Give you purpose.
This is your reminder —
Don’t wait for “perfect timing” to show up for someone.
Sometimes the smallest act of presence… becomes someone’s entire world.
And sometimes that someone becomes your reason.
💗 That’s how Anurakti was born.
A space for cancer patients and caregivers — not just to survive, but to feel seen, supported, and less alone.
And that’s why Dance In Pink exists.
Not just an even but a movement of love, awareness, and showing up.

Most people want to Heal but..
They fail at consistency.
Healing isn't linear. Its actions every single day.
You didn’t lose your peace because you don’t know what to do. You lost it because you stopped doing it when it got uncomfortable.
That’s the work no one talks about.
If you’re done starting over alone — DM me “READY”.
