Gaining muscle after 35 is harder. But it is absolutely possible!

Here’s what worked for me:

💪🏻Three days of strength training, repeating the same workouts for four weeks.

💪🏼 Worked my way up to heavier weights (for me that meant breaking 50 lbs on my squat)

💪🏽 Decreased my high intensity cardio to shorter bouts of 10-20 minutes.

💪🏾 Increased my protein intake.

💪🏿 Prioritized sleep and recovery.

Strength training works if you stay consistent and trust the process!
