We are devastated at the sudden loss of Sabrina Hansen, longtime goalie, friend, and mentor to so many in our league and across the hockey community.
This photo from our archives says so much about Sabrina: she was always willing to talk shop and share friendly feedback on your game. She was a passionate and incredibly talented goaltender who never gave up on a play.
Sabrina gave her love of the game to so many new adult goalies, both in genuine encouragement and advice and in the many pieces of gear she passed along, always embroidered with "Hansen".
It was an honor to play alongside you, Sabrina. We will miss you.
