Instructor Scott demonstrates Front Snap kick to jump front snap kick progression. Front snap kick is one of the first kicks students learn at OYD because it’s simple, but very effective and applicable in a street situation. Develops lower body flexibility, balance, body control, and great for conditioning (practice in sets of 50-1000 reps ) # Oomyungdoe .

Fall Virtual Tournament Live Stream
We are excited to share the tournament videos from our first Virtual Tournament. All the participants worked hard during these challenging times and we are excited to share how they did with our extended Oom Yung Doe community. This event is open to the public so feel free to share with any friends and family. Here are the details you will need to join us for the tournament livestream:
Where: Google Meet (meet.google.com/crw-eopm-vao) -- Make sure to click the "ask to join' button once you've followed the meeting link.
When: Wednesday November 25th
Time: 5:30 pm (the event will be about an hour and a half)
When you join the meeting, please keep your microphone muted unless you have a question. We'll have a big group and we want to make sure everybody has the chance to hear the instructors speaking and the videos. There will be no regular lessons on Wednesday November 25th so that all instructors and students can be part of the Virtual Tournament. See you there!
