Always fun when clients share photos of their culinary skills! Fresh batch of Coho salmon marinade almost ready for the smoker! Coho has been đŸ”¥ the past 10 days! Over 875,000 fish are on the way! Should be a fantastic fishery through early October!

Coho Salmon are starting there migration into the sound! With the biologists estimating close to 900,000 fish returning to Puget Sound it’s going to be an epic time!
