To celebrate 11 years of strength, community, and showing up together, we’re opening our doors for a special FREE Community Workout!

Our Summer Group Foundations series is designed to help you build confidence, learn the fundamentals, and feel supported from day one — all in a small-group environment with expert coaching and built-in accountability. 💛

Coaches Joyce and Hay were so lucky to be in the presence of the founders and owners of today at their pelvic mechanics workshop.
We learned so many ways we can support our perinatal clients through movement 💕

The room was full of individuals who are passionate about the prenatal and birthing process. Their number one goal: empowering and supporting their clients to do what they want when they want it. What a simple yet powerful statement 💪

This month’s workshop explores the habit loop and what your brain is actually doing when avoidance shows up. Instead of focusing on willpower or discipline, we’ll look at how habits form and how understanding your patterns can help you move forward with more clarity and agency.

This session will be led by guest speaker Frances Coppa, Certified ADHD & Executive Function Coach, and will include guided movement led by Coach Joyce to help you settle in, reflect, and connect.
